ECHO Shop
Our Craft Shop in Leominster is offering a number of interesting volunteering opportunities:
- We need people to work alongside participants to produce a wide range of hand-crafted items to sell in the shop.
- We are looking for nimble fingered volunteers to finish off items to prepare them for sale.
- We need someone to help sort and price books.
- We are looking for someone with technical knowledge to help organise Ebay sales.
- We need a handy person to help out with a few DIY jobs.
The shop is open every week day so days and times can be flexible
Yam Jams
Come and experience the unique atmosphere of Yam Jams - where rapping, singing and dancing liven up our mornings, led by the Music Pool. Help is required with setting up the room, greeting participants and generally helping out. Come and join one of our lively teams of volunteers - either at St Martin’s in Hereford on Tuesdays, or in Leominster on Fridays.
NJs Sports Club
NJs is a very popular sports club for young adults with learning disabilities which meets on Wednesday evenings in Hereford. Volunteers enable participants to join in sports such as football, tennis, rounders, cricket, basketball, badminton etc. along with the activity leader and specialist sports coaches.

Friday Lifelinks
Volunteers are needed to join this small group who take part in a range of activities with two members of staff on Fridays in Hereford. Our main need is for a driver who could support our shopping project for older people in the morning. It might also be possible to make a day of it and stay on to help cook lunch and support the group in a range of creative and educational activities in the afternoon.
For more information about any of our volunteering opportunities, contact Maggie at the Leominster office.
