Walking for Health
 
In 2005 ECHO joined up with the Walking for Health initiative. We walk weekly  for 1 hour on Tuesday evenings from 6.30-7.30pm. We meet in Corn Square by the post box and enjoy set walks in the town, on pavements. So if you have gained a few pounds over Christmas and want to get fit come and join us.

If the weather is icy, snowy, or very wet we do not walk, but cold weather does not stop us walking.

3 of our participants have trained as walk leaders. We regularly have about 10 walkers.
